Anyone may book an event space on the Danforth Campus but rates and availability vary depending on whether or not you are affiliated with the university.
You are considered a WashU-affiliated host if:
- You are a hosting an event on behalf of student group recognized by the university (through Student Union, Campus Life, etc.)
- You are hosting an event on behalf of an academic or administrative department in the university
You are considered a Non-WashU affiliated host if:
- You do not fit into either of the above criteria
For weddings specifically, there are additional criteria that permit you to be considered WashU affiliated:
- Current WashU students
- Current WashU employees
- Alumni and graduates of WashU
- Having a parent fitting one of the above criteria
