Premier spaces must be reserved at least three weeks in advance. Food and drink requires the use of an approved caterer and adherence to the Alcohol, Food and Beverages Policy. Setup and cleaning is completed by our on-site housekeeping services.

Reservations for outdoor spaces requires working with an event coordinator, and it is strongly recommended to also book an indoor space in case of inclement weather.

Pooled classroom facilities are managed by the Center for Teaching & Learning, but non-academic bookings are made through Event Management.
